According to the requirement from
GOSSTANDARD, the Russian accreditation Body, all the products imported to Russia
have to carry the mark of conformity (GOST-R Approval) and obtain a Hygienic
Approval for monitors.
TÜV Rheinland Group is in the position to undertake project handling for
GOST-R Approvals via Mertcontrol, Gost Asia or DIN GOST TÜV Rheinland Group,
which are Russian Certification Body in the field of electrical products.
TÜV Rheinland Group laboratories in Cologne and Berlin are the first and only
laboratories in Germany with GOST accreditation.

Documents Required
Documentation is
required in three specific areas:
- Safety Testing A CB-Test Reports with CB certificate or IEC based English
language TÜV Rheinland Test Reports will be generally accepted.
- EMC Testing For equipment with potential disturbance a EMC test report has
to be provided.
- Additional Documentation
- Application letter
- Identification number of production documentation
- Instruction manual in Russian
- Label in Russian
- Factory Inspection report
Factory Inspection
- It can be combined with the production supervision for other TÜV Rheinland
Safety approvals.
